Velose is operated by Pär Nilsson, a sole proprietorship based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

  • Email address - collected when you join our waiting list or subscribe to receive updates.
    This information is stored securely in our database, powered by Supabase.

Information collected automatically

When you use our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • Referrer URLs
  • Pages visited, time spent, and actions taken on the site

This information is collected for analytics and diagnostic purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Manage and maintain the waiting list
  • Send confirmation, updates, and promotional emails via Resend
  • Monitor performance and security of the site using Vercel Analytics and Sentry
  • Debug errors and improve functionality

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service Providers

Supabase

Used as our database and authentication provider to store your email address securely.

Sentry

Used for error monitoring on both the client and server.
We have disabled the collection of personally identifiable information (PII) by setting sendDefaultPii: false.
This means Sentry does not receive identifiable data such as names or email addresses. It may still receive technical information like IP address, device details, and browser metadata required for diagnostics.

Vercel

Our site is hosted on Vercel, which may log IP addresses and related technical data to operate and secure the platform.
We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects usage data without tracking users across sites or using third-party cookies.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how users interact with our site.
Vercel Analytics does not use third-party tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifying information.
Performance cookies may be used to count visits and traffic sources to measure and improve site performance.
